• Call for pricing for events and cut off times.
  
• Castle to be set up on flat area must be grassed, with no dirt, gravel, sand or stones.
  
• If it needs to be set up on concrete, please advise when booking.
  
• Castles are heavy and can’t be lifted up stairs to access designated areas.
  
• Castles can’t be set up in high wind or rain.
  
• Free site visits to measure space for castles can be arranged.
• All inflatables have an additional cleaning deposit of $50.00 that is returned after the party. Conditions Apply.
  
• Final pick-ups for 3, 4 or 6 hour hire end at 5.00pm in winter and 6.30pm in summer.
